Mithila Thekua was started by a husband and wife team with a shared passion for preserving a traditional taste. Thekua is not a product where we come from — it is what the house smells like in the days before Chhath: jaggery melting, ghee warming, and the soft knock of dough pressed onto a wooden saancha.

Our thekua is inspired by homemade recipes and prepared with care, in small batches. Whole wheat, real jaggery and desi ghee, with dry coconut, chhuhara, cashew and almond folded in — no artificial flavours, no shortcuts. Every batch reflects authenticity, quality, and love in every bite.
