This website is owned and operated by Mithila Thekua (“we”, “us”, “our”), a food business at Roshan Nagar, Veer Bazar Road, Faridabad Sector 91, Haryana 121013, India, holding FSSAI licence 20826004002517. You can reach us at mithilathekua@gmail.com or +91 75310 44556.

“You” means the person placing an order. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refunds & Cancellations Policy, form the agreement between us. Placing an order means you accept them.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You agree that the delivery address, phone number and email you give us are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

• We sell traditional Indian sweet snacks. Ingredients, net quantity, allergens, best-before period and storage conditions for each product are stated on its product page and printed on the pack.
• Our products are handmade in small batches, so colour, size, texture and the number of pieces per pack vary slightly between batches. Photographs are representative, not exact.
• Products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will cancel that item and refund it in full.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes.
• Delivery is free on every order. The charge is shown before you pay.
• The maximum retail price is printed on each pack. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
• If a price or product detail is published in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than supply at the wrong price.

Adding items to your cart and paying is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then we may decline or cancel the order — for example if the item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery network, the payment is not authorised, or we suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel, we refund the full amount.

• You can pay online or by cash on delivery. Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited and can be made by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or supported wallets. Orders paid online receive a 10% discount on the product subtotal, applied at checkout.
• For cash on delivery, the amount shown at checkout is payable to the courier in cash when the parcel is delivered. We telephone every customer to confirm the order before it is packed; an order we cannot confirm may be cancelled.
• We never receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. Those are handled by Razorpay and its PCI-DSS compliant partners.
• If a payment fails or is left incomplete, no order is created. Any amount debited in a failed transaction is reversed by your bank, normally within 5–7 working days.
• We ship only against payments that have been successfully captured and verified.

Dispatch times, delivery estimates and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellation windows, the circumstances in which we replace or refund an order, and refund timelines are set out in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Both form part of these terms.

• Our products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat (gluten), tree nuts, coconut and seeds. Traces of these may be present in any product. Please read the ingredient and allergen information on the product page before ordering, and do not order if you are allergic to any listed ingredient.
• Store the product as printed on the pack, keep it sealed, and consume it within the best-before period and within 30 days of opening.
• Our products are food, not medicine. Nothing on this website is nutritional, medical or dietary advice.

You may not use this website to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it at scale, to submit false orders, or to resell our products as your own without our written agreement. We may refuse service to accounts or addresses that do.

The Mithilathekua name, logo, pack artwork, photography, text and design on this website belong to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission. You may share links to our pages freely.

• We supply our products with reasonable care and skill, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, or any other law that cannot be excluded.
• Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — including courier disruption, extreme weather, strikes, public holidays, riots, epidemics or government restrictions.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Faridabad, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting any proceedings, please raise the matter with our grievance officer below so we can try to settle it directly.

We may update these terms; the version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
